Au moment de sa disparition, il portait un jeans bleu, une veste feutrée noire et des baskets./

Dimanche 11 septembre 2011, en soirée, Joachim PAUL, âgé de 21 ans, a quitté le domicile parental à Rouvroy en voiture et n'est plus réapparu. Il circule avec un véhicule de marque Ford Fiesta de couleur noire immatriculé en Belgique 1-BTI 752. En temps normal il travaille à Luxembourg et emprunte un bus à Arlon pour s'y rendre, mais il ne s'est pas présenté à son travail./
